Widely renowned for her expertise and compassionate care, Dr. Shailaja Jamma stands out as a leading gastroenterologist at her clinic in Sugar Land, Texas. Her journey in the medical field began at Gandhi Medical College, leading her to the University of Illinois for her residency in internal medicine. Dr. Jamma's dedication to her field deepened during her research fellowship in gastroenterology at Harvard Medical School. Here, she delved into complex cases involving liver disorders, and celiac disease, alongside significant clinical research.

Following her impactful time in Boston, Dr. Jamma further developed her skills in gastroenterology at the University of Chicago. Now, with over two decades of experience, she collaborates closely with Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital, Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, and Houston Methodist West Hospital.
